Will Diquat Water Weed and Landscape Herbicide kill smartweed in my pond?

I have a spring fed pond and the water is down due to drought. I want to treat the exposed smart weed before the water comes back. I have Diquat, Nautique and Rodeo. I would like to use the Diquat or Nautique preferably.

Answer:

Diquat Water Weed and Landscape Herbicide is not labeled for smartweed.  Rodeo would be a better option.
