Afsin from Lacey writes

Will Eagle 20EW Specialty Fungicide treat Shot Hole Disease on Plum and Flowering Cherry Trees?

Answer:

Eagle 20EW Specialty Fungicide is labeled to treat apricots and nectarines for shothole, but not on cherry and plum trees.  Good sanitation is key to treating shot hole disease naturally, remove all infected buds, blossoms, fruit, and twigs relatively quickly. You will also want to remove any contaminated leaves around and beneath the tree. In late fall, you can apply a dormant spray, These sprays should not be applied in spring once new growth appears but additional applications may be necessary during wet weather.
