Will EndRun Herbicide with Trimec harm my plants and ornamental tree?

I'm trying to get rid of pennywort in my flowerbed. It has multiplied quickly in and around my plants in my flowerbed. It's also all over my lawn. It's becoming a nuisance but I don't want to kill my shrubs, plants, or tree.

EndRun Herbicide with Trimec is not safe to be used around ornamentals such as plants or trees. You will need to either handpull the weed or carefully spot treat with a non-selective such as Roundup QuikPRO
