Will Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate freeze?

Snow fleas are accumulating on my outdoor rink and I would like to treat the ice so that they don't appear when we have warmer temperatures.

Answer:

Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate should not be applied to froze ground or during rainfall. It can be applied 24 hrs after a rain. Please store container away from extreme cold and extreme heat in a cool, dry place.
