Ortho Grass B Gon Garden Grass Killer does not state that monkey grass is tolerable, it would be recommended to direct sprays to the target grass you want to kill to avoid possible injury.  Other products that contain the same active do say that they are safe for liriope aka monkey grass, so it could be ok though.
