It uses Fluazifop-P-Butyl as its active ingredient to help kill weedy grasses such as Crabgrass, Barnyardgrass, Fescues, Foxtails, Goosegrass, Sandbur, Bermudagrass, Bentgrass, Johnsongrass, and Quackgrass without harming ornamental and landscape plants. Its ready-to-use formulation does not require measuring or mixing so it is very easy to apply. It also guarantees a waterproof feature for an hour so you can be sure it will not wash off easily.

Ortho Grass B Gon Garden Grass Killer does not state that monkey grass is tolerable, it would be recommended to direct sprays to the target grass you want to kill to avoid possible injury. Other products that contain the same active do say that they are safe for liriope aka monkey grass, so it could be ok though.
