Pendulum 3.3 EC Herbicide is not labeled to prevent dallisgrass and is tolerable and labeled for safe use on bahiagrass so would not control it either. Dimension would be a pre-emergent for preventing dallisgrass, but there is no pre for bahia. It is usually best to spot treat this and reseed with your desirable turf, depending on what that is.
