Will Prodiamine kill dandelions?

I don't see dandelions on the label, but the product Weed Impede that contains prodiamine shows a picture of dandelions on the label.

Answer:

Prodiamine is not labeled for Dandelions, so it is safe to say it will not kill them. You may want to look into Dimension 2EW. It is a pre emergent like Prodiamine, but is labeled for Dandelion and many other types of broadleaf weeds. Just make sure to check the label to verify it is safe for use in your type of lawn.
