Will Q4 Plus Turf Herbicide harm vegetables and hydrangeas?

We do container gardening, and all flowers are in pots.

Q4 Plus Turf Herbicide should not be applied to anything edible and you should avoid areas where there are desired ornamentals, shrubs, trees, groundcovers, flowers and landscaped beds. It should only be applied to listed, established turfgrasses for the targeted weeds.
