Will Roundup Pro kill larger trees?

I have a mulberry tree I'm trying to kill. I was told to drill holes in the trunk and pour this into the holes?

Roundup Pro Concentrate does give instructions on the label for injection and frill applications for woody brush and trees.  It is typically recommended to cut mature trees down and treat the stump to prevent any issues of the tree falling as the roots die.
