Southern Ag Atrazine Weed Killer for St Augustine Grass is only safe for St. Augustine and Centipede so it could possibly kill ryegrass since it is not labeled safe for ryegrass. View the product label for more information.  Another option would be Image Kills Nutsedge that is solely for warm season turfgrass and should not be used on cool season turf like ryegrass.
