After the cluster flies leave your home in the spring, you will want to seal up as many entry points as possible before fall comes around again and a new cluster fly invasion starts. In addition to using the Advantage Fly Trap, we also suggest thoroughly spraying the outside of your home with a residual insecticide paying special attention to cracks, crevices, gaps, places where utility lines enter into the structure, eaves, soffits, door frames and window frames. As you are aware, folks in New York are quite limited by what they can purchase. We recommend Essentria IC3, a natural concentrated liquid insecticide that will leave a long lasting residual.
