Will the Bird Barrier Bird Gard 110v Pro 1 (sd-bg40) work on hawks/crows at the same time without affecting songbirds?

I have 3 RS Hawks and 8 crows I would like to move away from my property but not my song birds will this work to make them move along but not my song birds. We can't even talk outside because of the caw and squawking of those big birds constantly all day.
