These little critters bite and we want to rid them from around our pool area and lawn.

Answer:

No, Garden Tech Sevin Ready to Spray Bug Killer is not labeled to be used for noseeums. We would recommend using Talstar P. It is a very good general insecticide that is labeled for noseeums. This can be broadcast across your lawn, sprayed on bushes, trees, flowers, etc. It should not be sprayed on water or any type of edibles. You will mix 1 fl. oz. per gallon of water.
