No, Cool Power Selective Herbicide will not work for Lesser Celandine; every extension article only lists that you can use a non-selective or hand pull it. You are welcome to try & get a second opinion through your local extension office. But every credible source that we can link to states the same thing. You can try Roundup QuikPRO - 5 x 1.5 oz. packs which doesn't have a residual, so you could replant after 2 weeks if needed, vs something like Hi-Yield Killzall 365 that will kill anything in the area for up to a year.
