Will this stuff stop dandelions from popping up?

Answer:

Prodiamine 65 WDG (Generic Barricade) is not labeled for Dandelions, so it is safe to say it will not kill them. You may want to look into Dimension 2EW. It is a pre-emergent like Prodiamine but is labeled for Dandelion and many other types of broadleaf weeds. Just make sure to check the label to verify it is safe for use in your type of lawn.
