Tordon RTU Specialty Herbicide is not labeled to control Indian Rosewood. This product should not be used on any residential areas since it has a very long half-life and can remain in the soil for years after it is applied. For cut stump tree or vine treatments, you could use a triclopyr product such as Fertilome Brush Killer applied directly to the fresh cuts at full strength using a paintbrush or sprayer.
