Will Tordon RTU Specialty Herbicide kill White Willow trees that I am trying to eliminate?

Answer:

Tordon RTU Specialty Herbicide is not labeled specifically for willow trees. We would recommend using Fertilome Brush Killer and Stump Killer as it is labeled for Willows. 
 
Per the product label, it is recommended to spray or paint the herbicide undiluted directly onto the fresh cut stump and freshly cut shoots that have grown would be the best approach we can recommend. If you have the ability to take a chain i saw to the top of the stump to cut off a fresh layer to expose the stump below it you may see faster results of the product. As long as you keep it on the stump and not get it on the surrounding vegetation you should be fine.
