Will using Bio Advanced 12 Month Tree and Shrub Protect and Feed II Concentrate (per label) for a berry-producing shrub be harmful to birds?

I note that insecticide levels of treated plants are only at a level to control insects, yet squirrels could be harmed by eating fruit of treated crabapple trees.
