No, Hi-Yield Soil Sulfur is not labeled as a flea or tick repellant. For fleas outdoors, we would suggest Talstar P Insecticide along with NyGuard IGR in a tank mix to treat your lawn, landscape beds, foliage and areas under trees, shrubs, etc. Focus on shaded/damp areas on the property to include the upper and undersides of foliage of ornamentals, landscape beds, trees, shrubs and broadcast spraying areas in the lawn where pets frequently go.
