Is this similar to the Atrix HEPA Filter Canister in that the bugs cannot get out till emptying?

The Atrix HEPA Filter Canister also says it has a sticker to prevent the bedbugs from getting out. Does the HEPA bag also have same feature. Basically, how does it compare to the smaller canister other then size in terms of control of the bed bugs?

The Atrix HEPA filters/replacement bags for the Atrix HEPA Backpack Vacuum need to be discarded and replaced with a new bag when they are full of bedbugs or other insects. You would also replace the Atrix HEPA Filter Canister when it is full as well.
Once the bugs are sucked in they cannot get out until you empty the reservoir.
The Atrix Bug-Sucker HEPA Backpack Vacuum comes with a Shake Out Bag which is where the insects will be caught. You are then required to take the vacuum outdoors, remove the bag and shake the bugs out of the bag.You can see all of these parts and how the vacuum is used by reading over the Atrix Bug-Sucker HEPA Backpack Vacuum owners manual which we have linked in this answer for your convenience but which is always available on the vacuum product page on our website.
