Barenbrug Maximus Tetraploid Annual Ryegrass is a medium-maturing and high yielding new tetraploid annual ryegrass. Well-suited for mechanical harvest and grazing, it produces large leaves and features early production. It is proven to have great yield potential and is normally planted from September through November. The Barenbrug Maximus Tetraploid Annual Ryegrass is a winter-active modern tetraploid variety that has excellent rust resistance. It may be grown with clovers, small grains, and forage turnips or as a monoculture. Proven to be fit for production in Mexico, California, and the Gulf Coast States. Comes in a 50-pound bag.
