    Failure to warn Users

    I used this product twice three weeks apart according to specifications on a large, established Bermuda lawn in June in El Paso Tx. It killed my entire Bermuda lawn. when inquiring I am told that the product can not be applied above 85 degrees--no such warning is given in the literature. June temperatures in El Paso are normally above 85 degrees. what recourse do I have? Replacement cost for the lawn will run about $3000.
