have used B&G products for over 30 yrs. to wit the hose on my sprayer finally gave out (as all materials do) . the quality material of the ordered hose appears and feels of a cheaper quality in comparison to the original ...the connection ends appear to be of good quality, it's just the hose material....I hope said hose last's a long time...it's a shame that an American made product has gone too pot by cheapening some of it's construction material...obviously I had no choice but to order said hose from B&G...

I concur with another reviewer that these new hoses are not the same quality as the older ones made by Goodyear. The first hose I received had not been crimped tightly to the brass fitting at the tank end, and it leaked. To the credit of DoMyOwn they sent another one promptly, and this one seems to be OK, but still not crimpled as well as the old hoses. Very disappointing!

Yes, the B&G 48" Red Hose- Part D-50 does come in black, it is the B&G H-71 Hose 48 inch - Standard Black.
