Review Update from 8/2/2019
By Sjm on 05/21/2020
Well, I was spot on when I reviewed this back on 8/2/19. I was not sure how well this would hold up compared to the Birchmeier. Now that I have used this for several months here are my findings. Cleaning the inside of this tank can be a pain at times. There are so many nooks and crannies its ridiculous, But most important, the straps that connect this to the backpack are totally insufficient. Talk about a weak link!! Both straps tore completely away from the frame. My workaround was using a safety pin on each side to reattach which only worked for a short time. Then I just tied the straps to the frame which also did not work very well as there is just not enough slack. After struggling with this for a few months, I have shelved this product and went back to old faithful, the Birchmeier!! After one job with my Birchmeier, I wondered why I waited so long! What a huge disappointment this B&G product has been. I still can't believe how this got produced considering how well B&G has been over the years. Do yourself a favor, if you are going to use a backpack daily, stay far away from this one!! The last thing you need to be doing out in the field is struggling with your equipment! Oh and by the way, I am completing jobs in half the time after I went back to my Birchmeier. Far superior in soooo many ways.

Save your money started to malfunction after 4 months
By Eric on 09/11/2020
I probably average 20 sprays a week. I've only had it 4 months and it won't hold pressure. Left message for b&g since it's under warranty no return call. If I were you I would get the 2.5 gallon birchmier. This brand is the best backpack on the market I'm dissapionted on b@g quality.
