    I just bought a lb. of Cyper WP, can it be used in this fogger to fog attics and crawl spaces?
    A
    Wettable powders like Cyper WP cannot be used in foggers because they will clog the nozzles on a fogger.  Wettable powders like Cyper WP should only be used in hand pump or larger sprayers that apply coarse sprays.  Fogging solutions are much thinner and are made specifically for use in foggers like the M2400.

    I would like to use the M2400 Fogger with Bora-Care. Do you foresee any problems?
    A
    Bora-Care is very thick and is not recommended to use in this type of fogger.  Most of our customers end up clogging the foggers because Bora-Care is very thick. We would not recommend using this type of fogger with Bora-Care.  If at all possible, you should use a hand pump sprayer or paint the product on as suggested on the product label.

    Is the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger a hand held device?
    Is the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger a hand held device? Or is it meant to be sat in a room and fogged? Is there a hose attachment option available?
    A
    The B&G Ultra Lite Fogger is a hand held fogger, but you could sit it in the middle of the room and leave for some minutes and let it fog the whole room.  Most of the time you would hold it though and direct it into cracks and crevices and other places where pests hide.  You would of course need to wear a respirator, goggles, and gloves at all times.  B&G does make this version with a hose which is the B&G Flex-Lite 2600 fogger which comes with a 18" flexible hose.

    I need a 220v unit of B&G M2400, how do I select this in the process of ordering on line?
    I will order this on line & send it in California & then send it in my country of residence.

    Could the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger ULV M2400 be used to fog PesTabs in a chimney?

    Surrender PesTabs cannot be used in foggers because they will clog the nozzles on a fogger.  They should only be used in hand pump or larger sprayers that apply coarse sprays.  Fogging solutions are much thinner and are made specifically for use in foggers like the M2400. Please check the product labels for treatment information on the insect you are treating for and the areas that you would like to apply.

    Why does it look like there is water in the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger ULV M2400 I just received?
    Is it okay to just pour in 9oz of undiluted Shockwave I need for fogging our 17k sq ft showroom? Do I have the quantity correct?

    The B&G Ultra Lite Fogger ULV M2400 is tested prior to shipping to ensure that it is functioning properly so it may have a little water inside. The amount of product used in the fogger will depend on what you are treating. Please click on the link to the product label for specific application and mixing instructions.

    Is there anything I can use in this that will kill spider mites on plants in a greenhouse?
    A
    At this time we do not have any products that can be used in a fogger for spider mites in a greenhouse. We do carry Talstar P which is labeled for use in greenhouses to eliminate spider mites but it can not be used in a fogger. Talstar P must be applied using a hand pump sprayer. If you have a specific product in mind that you have not found on our site please let us know and we will see if we can get it for you.

    Do you think Eco Exempt IC2 will work in the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger ULV M2400?

    Yes. Eco Exempt IC-2 will work just fine in the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger ULV M2400. Eco Exempt IC-2 has been discontinued by the manufacturer and has been replaced with the newer Essentria IC3.

    Can you use a diluted Bifen IT and Nyguard mixture in this fogger? Also, can you use Essentria IC3 in it?

    Bifen IT is not labeled to be used in any fogger. Nyguard and Essentria IC3 can be used in the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger ULV M2400 as they are both labeled for use in ULV foggers.

    Does the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger work with Tim-bor Professional?
    I am planning to use it with Tim-bor Professional 15% solution for termites. Is this work or clog?

    Timbor is a wettable powder and as such is not labeled to be fogged. Timbor will clog all foggers because it never truly goes into a solution but instead just goes into a suspension. Please take a few minutes to read the Timbor product label so you can see all of the ways it is labeled to be applied.

    Can the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger ULV M2400 dispense mold remediation chemicals?

    The B&G Ultra Lite Fogger ULV M2400 will dispense any liquid that is fine enough to fit through the nozzles. Most mold remediation products are thicker though, and most are meant to be applied using a hand pump or electric powered sprayer. Most liquid solutions are too think for the fine nozzles of a fogger. Most of the time you would only want use a solution specifically for fogging.

    Can the 48"Long Hose Part # 2385-48 be used on this?
    A
    I suppose you could if you had enough time and money. If you look carefully at the parts diagrams, you will see there are a number of obstacles to doing this. You have to remove the venturi along with the valve assembly. Throw them away. Then, you have to disassemble the unit to install the new supply tube. While you are there, you will need to run a new air supply tube. Then you have to purchase all the new parts you are missing. With enough time, and enough money, you might convert a 2400 to a 2600, but B&G never meant for the M2400 to be able to convert to the equivalent of a 2600 that comes with the hose. The 48 inch long hose is meant to be a replacement for the hose that comes with the 2600 Fogger.

    The micron range for the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger ULV M2400 is between 10 and 20 microns according to the manufacturer. The output is 2 1/2 fl. oz.

    Will the B&G Ultralight Fogging Machine produce a true fog or a messy mist?
    I've tried other "foggers" and they only produced a messy mist.

    The B&G ultralight Fogging Machine easily adjustable output allows the user to choose between a light mist (ULV) or a heavy fog. The variable delivery goes from ULV droplets to a mist.

    To remove and eliminate any potential viruses such as hepatitis, and all air borne diseases?

    The B&G Ultra Lite Fogger ULV M2400 will dispense any liquid that is fine enough to fit through the nozzles. You could use this along with another product we carry called DSV Disinfectant Sanitizer Virucide. This would certainly take care of most airborne viruses. Please see the product label for more information on what it would cover and where it is safe to use.

    Can Pemethrin be used in the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger ULV M2400?

    We do not recommend using Permethrin SFR in the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger. The actual product label does have recommendations for using it in a fogger indoors, but only in very limited situations. We do carry concentrates that can be applied using a ULV fogger and a thermal fogger.

    How do I know how many minutes it will take to fog the area I am treating with the B&G Ultra Lite Fogger M2400?
    A

    The M2400 has a few settings to assist you in calculating how much liquid is being applied from the tank. For mixing or overall application rates, you will need to consult the product label for the fogging solution you are using.

    If you open the nozzle ¼ turn = 0.33 oz per minute

    2 x ¼ turns = 0.75 oz per minute

    Full open = 2.5 oz per minute

    As an example, if I need to use 10 oz of solution to fill my treatment area, then it would take about 30 minutes at the lowest setting (smallest microns) or about 4 minutes at the highest setting (largest particles).
