Bifen I/T is a great product for earwigs and a large variety of other insects as well. You will spray Bifen indoors around baseboards and cracks and crevices, and outdoors around window and door frames, and around the foundation of the home 2-3 feet up on the side and 2-3 feet out on the ground. Earwigs like moisture and dark areas so if you have any mulch or pinestraw against the home or close by in the yard, turn those areas to help dry them out and soak them down with the Bifen to help kill anything living there. Children as well as anyone other than the person applying the product need to be out of the area being treated while the product is being applied and until everything is fully dry. Once all surfaces are dry it is completely safe for everyone to return.

Typically, pesticides alone will not take care of a springtail problem. It is required to fix whatever moisture issue is causing the problem. You should read our "How To Get Rid of Springtails" article for further information.
