Generally, after an application of Bifen IT it should take anywhere between 30 min - 1 hour to dry. After the treated area has completely dried it is safe for the pets to re-enter.

It depends on where you need to treat. Bifen IT and Temprid SC are similar as both contain a synthetic pyrethroid. Both are labeled for indoor and outdoor use, but Temprid SC is not labeled for turf and ornamental treatment. Bifen IT is labeled for lawn and ornamental use, and can be used on trees, plants, bushes and shrubs for all sorts of ornamental pests. They are both great insecticides and can be alternated to avoid resistance.
You can use Bifen IT as a preventative. You want to spray around the outside perimeter of your home 2-3 feet up and out. Also, indoors cracks and crevices. You can also put a few traps like the Beetle Bagger Japanese Beetle Trap - Kit around too. Please let us know if you have any more questions.

Yes, Bifen IT can be used to treat cutworms. Per the product label: "Postpone irrigation or mowing for 24 hours after application to obtain the best possible control. Higher treatment rates (up to 1 fluid oz. per 1000 square feet) may be necessary if high pest pressure exists and if the grass is maintained taller than 1 inch."
Bifen IT is labeled for millipedes and will kill them when used according to the Bifen IT product label. We recommend using 1 fl oz of Bifen IT per gallon of water for the fastest knockdown and the longest lasting residual. Bifen IT should NOT be applied to tomatoes or anything else that is edible. We do carry Triple Action Plus Plus with 70% Neem Oil . It is an insecticide, miticide, and even an fungicide that can be used up to the day of harvest and reapplied every 14 days. It is safe to apply and is labeled for tomato horn worms. Please refer to the product label for complete mixing and application instructions prior to application.
Bifen IT can take several minutes or longer to kill a listed pest that contacts the treated surfaces. It is mixed at 1 fl oz per gallon of water per 1,000 sq ft monthly to the exterior areas and quarterly to the interior crevices. Eliminating springtails can take time. Springtails indicate that there is a moisture issue because they breed in walls or under slabs where a moisture issue may exist. Typically, pesticides alone will not take care of a springtail problem. It is required to fix whatever moisture issue is causing the problem.
