When comparing sprayers and other equipment, what is "best" is definitely subjective since different people prefer different features. Birchmeier sprayers in general are of very high quality, and the people who use them tend to stay loyal to the brand. The REC 15 ABZ is a little heavier than some other battery operated sprayers, but you may get longer life from each charge.
Our most popular battery-operated backpack sprayer is actually this Chapin one. Several of our staff members use it and love it. Long term, the Birchmeier will probably last longer.

Birchmeier REC 15 ABZ Backpack Sprayer is adjustable from 7 to 80 psi, 220 litres/min at 0.5 pressure (bar).
Per the manufacturer, the Birchmeier REC 15 ABZ Backpack Sprayer would have no problem hitting the second story eaves. As far as how tight of a spray pattern it would have at that height, they said it would not be as tight as it would be at a closer range, however it will not be all over the place either.
