The Birchmeier REC 15 ABZ Backpack Sprayer (11925001) is an electronically-controlled backpack sprayer featuring an advanced technology that offers constant spray pattern, high-quality durable parts and user comfort. The new innovation of electronically controlled pressure provides better alternatives for the user in monitoring pressure, as well as other major battery and pump functions. The operating pressure at the nozzle can be easily adjusted through the application controller. It also features a removable battery which allows continuous work without interruptions, plus no control wire in the hand valve, thus reducing the chance of faulty wiring. It has a stable operating pressure which ranges from 7 to 87 psi (6 bar) and it can spray up to 58.1 gallons at 7 psi with a single battery charge. This energy-efficient backpack sprayer is also equipped with a protective setup for pump and battery for a safer and more secure application.
*NOTE: The difference between the ABZ and AZI backpack sprayers is that the ABZ model has a bigger battery and has twice more pressure.
What is the best battery powered commercial backpack heavy duty sprayer?
Am looking for the best battery powered back pack sprayer on the market for my pest control business. Right now i use a birchmier Manual sprayer and it's fantastic but the pumping is annoying. Is this the best on the market?
When comparing sprayers and other equipment, what is "best" is definitely subjective since different people prefer different features. Birchmeier sprayers in general are of very high quality, and the people who use them tend to stay loyal to the brand. The REC 15 ABZ is a little heavier than some other battery operated sprayers, but you may get longer life from each charge.
Our most popular battery-operated backpack sprayer is actually this Chapin one. Several of our staff members use it and love it. Long term, the Birchmeier will probably last longer.
Please let us know if you have other specific questions.
What is the spray height of the Birchmeier REC 15 ABZ Backpack Sprayer?
Can you hit second story eaves? How tight of spray pattern can you expect at the maximum height?
Per the manufacturer, the Birchmeier REC 15 ABZ Backpack Sprayer would have no problem hitting the second story eaves. As far as how tight of a spray pattern it would have at that height, they said it would not be as tight as it would be at a closer range, however it will not be all over the place either.
Is there a wand extension for the Birchmeier REC 15 ABZ Backpack Sprayer?
We currently have this Birchmeier Wand on our site which can be used with the backpack sprayer. Are you looking for a wand that is longer than this or a different style wand? If so, please let us know so we can try to find the parts that meet your needs.
