For Pre-baiting

Find a location for the trap. Somewhere to prevent it from being tampered.
Put something underneath like plywood and paper.
For pre-baiting, open the doors first and loop a cable tire to keep the door open.
Then put water and whole corn inside the bait
Put corn in the center of the trap
Let the birds feel comfortable in using the trap. Once that happens, cut off the cable ties to trap the birds.

Removal of trapped birds

Do not leave trapped birds within 24 hours without food and water.
Prepare the cage or humane transporters
Remove the shade cover to open the top access door.
Make sure that the wings of the birds are closed before picking them up.
Once picked up, carefully put them into the cage or transporter.
Once removal is done, clean the trap for safety measures and disease prevention.
