Bonide INFUSE Systemic Disease Control is not an insecticide therefore will not kill insects or earthworms. This product is a fungicide that targets diseases present on flowers, roses, trees, shrubs and lawns.
Unfortunately there are not products specifically labeled for earthworms as they are considered beneficial insects.

Consider using Monterey Garden Phos Systemic Fungicide, which is labeled to control Pythium and can be applied to Vinca, when used as directed.

2. Use only enough product for the area to be treated.
