Q
How can I get the Ortho Dial N Spray Hose End Sprayer to siphon?

I have an ortho Tree & Shrub Spray-eye hose end sprayer. I put in 16 oz of Bonide Fruit Tree Spray concentrate with water in the container up the the 8 gallon mark. The challenge is it doesn’t seem to siphon the mixer out of the cup. Please advise

A

Make sure the dial on the Ortho Dial N Spray Hose End Sprayer is set to a specific setting.  The product will not dispense if the arrow above the dial points between settings.  You should also remove the strainer from the end of the suction tube, clean under running water and put back on the end of the suction tube. If you need further assistance, you may call Ortho directly at (888) 270-3714.

Q
I need to mix hydrogen peroxide and water at a 50/50 solution in this Ortho Dial N Spray Hose End Sprayer.

How do I do this with a dial n spray dispenser?

A

Ortho Dial N Spray Hose End Sprayer would not be recommend to apply hydrogen peroxide so we cannot advise on the rates for this use.  The Chapin Industrial Poly Bleach 1 Gallon Sprayer can be used with hydrogen peroxide according to the manufacturer and would be a better option for your 50/50 solution.
