    Q
How much Bonide Liquid Copper Fungicide Concentrate should I mix with 1 liter of water to make a solution to treat powdery mildew?
    A

Per the Bonide Liquid Copper Product Label:

To control powdery mildews, use a solution of 0.5 to 2.0 fluid ounces of this product in a gallon of water. For best control, start spraying before the disease is visible or when mildew is first visible on the plant. Spray all plant parts thoroughly (top and bottom of leaves), and repeat every 7 to 10 days. When powdery mildew presence is expected on a plant, spray the plants at the minimum application interval during the first 2 weeks after emergence.

    Q
Can I use Bonide Liquid Copper Fungicide Concentrate to treat an old apple tree that I believe has apple scab?
I need a fungicide I can put around the diameter of the tree. I can't spray because it it is too big. I have looked everywhere. I don't want this tree to die!
    A

If the tree is affected by apple scab, then you will have to spray with something like Bonide Liquid Copper Fungicide Concentrate as this disease is treated topicallly by contact with the foliage.  Try to get a sample of the tree to take to a local Master Gardner in your area to see if you can identify exactly what you have to make sure you are using the best products for your needs.
