Seems chiggers jump on me as I simply walk on my lawn grass. No weeds or bushes are in play. If this is not best product, what do you recommend for country lawn in Deltaville, Virginia? Treatments for chiggers should begin in April/May and could need to continue through the summer as new chiggers move into the area. Treating the entire lawn is of little benefit because chiggers avoid direct sunlight and normally will not infest areas that are mowed or otherwise well maintained. Focus treatment on the unkempt areas of the lawn and lawn edge. You can also use Onslaught to do a barrier treatment around the outside of your home and in your crawl space to stop pests from moving indoors. -

Bonide Mosquito Beater Yard Fog is not labeled for mites or their eggs. We would need to know the type of mite you are dealing with for the best control but there is nothing that will control the eggs. The only thing we could recommend for the eggs is steam cleaning.
