I have a crabgrass and clover attempting to take over my lawn
BurnOut Weed & Grass Killer Concentrate is a non-selective herbicide, so it would kill just about anything it is sprayed on, including centipede grass. You may want to consider a product like Blindside instead, which is labeled for crabgrass and clover and would be safe to use on centipede grass.
