Q4 Plus Turf Herbicide cannot be used anywhere you plan to plant edibles.  You would need to wait at least 1 year to do so or completely remove any treated soil and replace. The main product used for weeds in a vegetable garden or future garden site is a RoundUp type product, like RoundUp QuickPro.  You can plant 2 weeks after the last application.
