Can small amounts of Proflex Encapsulated Solution be poured directly into standing water?

I have to internal downspouts that dump into two catch baskets in the backyard. standing water during monsoons in Albuquerque.

No, Proflex Encapsulated Solution cannot be poured into standing water. If targeting mosquito larvae in standing water, we would recommend the Altosid Pro-G Mosquito Larvicide. Please review the product label and our Mosquito Treatment Guide for addtional information.
