Do I use the spray after the petals from the flowers fall? Can I use this spray to also treat for tent caterpillars? We are going into Spring, and I have been fighting brown peach rot for quite some time. Will this spray help?
Captain Jacks Fruit Tree Spray Concentrate does not state it treats brown rot. We do carry Eagle 20 EW Fungicide. This product should be started at the early pink bud stage. If the disease is already there, this product can be used at full bloom and petal fall.
Captain Jacks Fruit Tree Spray Concentrate is labeled to treat powdery mildew and some types of rust but not apple cedar rust specifically or brown rot.
Is there something I could use to replace the Bonide Fruit Tree Spray? It looks like they aren't making that combo product anymore. What I see on the Bonide website is that they are recommending Captain Jack's Fruit Tree Spray, but that is just neem oil. I would be looking for a combination product.
Ferti-Lome Fruit Tree Spray with Neem Py would be an alternative for insect and disease control on fruit trees. Please review the product label for more information on the fruits listed, as well as target insects and diseases.
