The Chapin 3.5 Gallon Concrete Sprayer is a professional grade high-quality sprayer for professional applications. Can be used for sealing, form oil and curing compound applications but not acetones. The exclusive tri-poxy coated steel tank is corrosion resistant and easy to clean. Comes with a 4.5" wide mouth opening for easy filling and cleaning; metal ergo handle; VITON o-rings and gaskets for maximum resistance to chemicals; a 48" reinforced nylon braided hose with vinyl core to resist crimping, cracking and leaking; and a 24" brass extension with a brass fan tip for even coverage. Sprays up to 1/2 gallon of solution per minute.

According to Chapin, you cannot use a slip resistant additive in the Chapin Concrete Sprayer 3.5 Gal (1949) due to the additive clogging the tips. Solvent base products are not able to be used in the Chapin Concrete Sprayer 3.5 Gal (1949), and the only cleaning method is to rinse thoroughly with water after use.
The Extreme Chapin Concrete Sprayers (19049 & 190690) can be cleaned with Xylene and followed up with thoroughly rinsing with water.

I require the smallest 0.10-0.30 gpm.
The Chapin 3.5 Gallon Concrete Sprayer (#1949) actually comes with two tips, the .50 gpm (6-5797) and the 1.0 gpm (1-5943 bulk tip, 6-5943-blister pack) fan tips.

Also when I got my sprayer I wanted to test it with water to make sure it was going to do what I needed and it leaks still after release the pressure on it? Am I doing it wrong or how shall I do it so it doesn't leak after I'm done spraying and release the pressure? Thanks for attending to this matter!
It is not recommended to use bleach in the Chapin Concrete Sprayer 3.5 Gal. (1949). The Chapin Industrial Poly Bleach sprayer is specifically made to be used with bleach/bleach products.
