The Chapin Seal & Gasket Kit (6-4627) is a sprayer repair kit for many of the Chapin model sprayers. The kit contains industrial Viton seals and gaskets for industrial open-head sprayers.

For use with Chapin 1253, Chapin 1380, Chapin 1831, Chapin 1739, Chapin 1749, Chapin 1949, Chapin 2209, Chapin 6300, and other Chapin sprayers with adjustable brass cone or 0.5 GPM fan tip nozzle.

Chapin quality

The kit had the gaskets for my sprayer but included gaskets/parts for other sprayers that share common gaskets/parts. This increased the cost of the kit. It would have lowered the kit price if it only was for my sprayer.

OLDER WIDE MOUTH 3 1/4 GALLON CHAPIN

I have an older Wide Mouth CHAPIN Sprayer that has some parts on the Pump and Lid that are in bad shape. Without knowing, This Kit is made for the Newer Tank Sprayers however works Perfectly for my 30+ Year old Wide Mouth Tank also. I called Chapin and Do it pest control and Chapin spent some time with me looking up the Parts to be sure they would Fit and the Kit on the Chapin Web Site Matched this Kit part #. So I ordered it from domyown site for less $$ and it’s a Perfect MATCH. THANKS GUYS.
