    No, you do not have to water the Coron 14-2-14 after it has been applied. This product uses water as a carrier when it is applied.

    Can l apply CoRoN 14-2-14 Plus Micros on flower beds to kill the weeds?
    A

    The CoRoN 14-2-14 Plus Micros is not a weed killer, it is a fertilizer so no weed control would come from using this product. If you are looking to get rid of grassy weeds in a flower bed area you could use a product like Fertilome Over the Top II or Grass Out Max mixed with a surfactant. If you are trying to control broadleaf weeds in a flower bed then you would need to either hand pull or spot treat them directly with a Roundup type product as there are not any products you can broadcast over flower beds for broadleaf weed control. You may want to look at using a pre-emergent herbicide like Surflan Pro in the fall and spring to help prevent weeds from coming up in those areas.

    How many ounces of Coron 14-2-14 do I need if I want to make 6 applications to my St. Augustine Lawn?
    A

    To make 6 applications per year of the CoRoN 14-2-14 Plus Micros on Saint Augustine we have come up with the following calculations to stay within the 2.5lb to 3.5lbs of Nitrogen recommended per year.

    LOW RATE: Apply 4 oz of Coron 14-2-14 per 1,000 sq ft each application (total 6 applications for 2.52 lbs Nitrogen) 

    HIGH RATE: Apply 6 oz of Coron 14-2-14 per 1,000 sq ft each application (total 6 applications for 3.36 lbs Nitrogen)

    Can I use Atrazine mixed in with CoRoN 14-2-14 Plus Micros during November as a weed and feed on St. Augustine grass in south FL?

    Yes, you can mix Atrazine with CoRoN 14-2-14 Plus Micros. Be sure to do a small tank mixture first to ensure that there is no clumping between the two products.

    What is the suggested setting on my hose sprayer for St Augustine grass using CoRoN 14-2-14 Plus Micros?

    The amount of CoRoN 14-2-14 Plus Micros will depend on how much area you are treating. For example, if you are treating 1000 square feet, you will need to mix the product with at least 2-5 gallons of water. This will help the product get into the soil and work as intended. With a product like CoRoN 14-2-14 Plus Micros, the amount of product is what is important.Water is used as a carrier.

    Can CoRoN 14-2-14 Plus Micros be used on hayfields along with PROWL in a tank mix for a fertilizer and pre emergent application?
    Looking for a liquid fertilizer that I can spray on a hayfield with a pre emergent weed control at the same time. Any suggestions

    CoRoN 14-2-14 Plus Micros does not have instructions to use on Hay Fields therefore we cannot advise it for this use.

    Consider looking at Hay - Now Liquid Fertilizer as an alternative to fertilizing hayfields. You will use 1 to 2 quarts. of Hay-Now per 10-20 gallons of water per acre. View the full product label here.
