This product is magical. I have a 12K sqft lot most of it with grass, we just moved 2 weeks ago and walking on the yard was impossible. Every step is bunch of crickets, spiders and chiggers. I've used the product few days ago, and the next day my yard looked like a post atomic bomb scenario, a lot of dead crickets, after a few days and I've saw none so far, really a joy, now that my kids can enjoy their backyard.

First, DoMyOwn is great, fast shipping and very informational. I've cross priced their products and they are the most competitive. Demand CS seems to be working perfect. Killed both scorpions and black widow problem I had at the house.

I purchased Demand CS for control of annoying spiders and ants in/around my house and basement. We used an exterminator at $100 per visit for a couple of years. I would have to tell him to put down adequate traps and insecticide to get reasonable control. The spiders and cobwebs would be back after a month. I wasn't pleased. So I purchased and used Demand CS as instructed. In two days I went to the basement and counted a dozen dead spiders on the floor. After four months, still no cobwebs. The residual effect is outstanding. I just treated again after 4 months. This will protect against spiders and pests throughout the winter. This product is very inexpensive. Using the recommended rate of 12ml per gallon on water. An 8 oz bottle should last me three years or more.

had lots of scorpions in my house and outside found where they were hiding and started spraying in the block walls and have found them dead on the ground this stuff works great.

I was looking to purchase Demand CS. DoMyOwn.com had the product in stock at a great price. I ordered online, and it was delivered within a few days. It doesn't get any better than that.

I used this product on my cottage in the woods and have had amazing results. The log cabin is virtually spider free on the outside. I used to have to sweep the cobwebs daily.

Demand CS is an excellent choice for killing and controlling insects. The only downfall is I find its smell is rather strong, like a paint-like odor.

I live in Arizona and have been plagued with scorpions now for almost a year since we moved in never quite getting rid of them. I have applied this and so far I have gone out for almost 3 weeks now with my blacklight and I am not finding the scorpions anymore alive or dead. I will keep buying this brand if I continue to see these results.

Used this product, following the instructions, to rid my property of orb spiders. Not only did it get rid of the spiders, it also got rid of annoying spider crickets that were keeping my wife and I awake at night. Excellent product.

I've tried a few brown marmerated stink bug products before, and the do a great job of killing stink bugs in the application area, but have little to no residual effect. The Demand CS has made a remarkable difference in my need to reapply. I'm seeing very few stink bugs in the house as well as on my house. I utilized a large tank sprayer with a 35' reach to cover the whole house, concentrating on cracks and seams. I have a 23 year old log home, so you can imagine there are a few places they can squeeze into. We had a very high population of stink bugs this year, the most ever I've seen, this year. Last years we were getting 3-5 bugs in the house nearly every day, this year it's been 1-2 a week at most! Thank you Demand CS!

We moved into a new build home with a large green belt behind us in San Antonio back in May and quickly realized that aside from the normal pests like fire-ants, centipedes, crickets, flies, and wasps and bees, we also had to deal with scorpions. After trying commercial options with limited success, I decided to do this on my own. Demand quickly go to work, inside and out as the next morning after application it looked like the aftermath of an insect global war. There were hundreds of dead crickets, scorpions, mole crickets, flies, mud dobbers, etc. around my yard and inside my house, and the fire ant mounts I applied to were obliterated. While Demand has lasted a full three months inside our house, outside has required continuous reapplication as it seems to wash off pretty quickly after the rains come around, which is why I am rating it one star. I see a few people complaining that it doesn't work well on some insects, like roaches, but they aren't using a total solution system if they are just spraying this, and that is why they are having limited success. For insects like roaches and scorpions, you need to use multiple systems to eradicate the problems, typically a spray, a bait/trap, and a growth inhibitor. For bed bugs you should also use a silicate dust around the base boards and cracks/crevices in conjunction to this spray.

It took about four days to get i would see roaches everyday, but once i sprayed haven't seen one since, good stuff highly recommend it.

Sprayed around my house and thousands of Boxelder bugs dead! So many dead that i have to keep cleaning them up off my decks.

Excellent product, use it as a barrier spray around outside of house Haven't had any invasion of critters. Works as stated, a little goes a long ways.
