Demon Max is not labeled for bedbugs. We suggest applying the products in one of our Bedbug Kits. It will take non-chemical and chemical efforts for a minimum of 6-8 weeks to eliminate this insect. For effective control, you should reapply Demon WP or Demon Max (they each contain the same active ingredient- WP will dry with a white film to surfaces treated) every 4 weeks through the carpenter bee season. Usually carpenter bees come twice a year, once in the spring and then again in early fall. Yes, Demon Max would be a good option for cicada killer wasps. The mixing rate is 1.3 fl oz per gallon of water. You will apply directly to the soil where the wasps are nesting.
Cicada Killer wasps thrive in disturbed environments, such as landscaped yards and places where bare soil is exposed. You can discourage the wasps from nesting in your yard by cutting your grass on the highest setting and by adding a thick layer of mulch to flower beds during the Cicada Killer Wasp season. These wasps do not like over saturated lawns either, so over watering during their season will help prevent them. Unfortunately, there is no fool proof way to prevent cicada killer wasps. For prevention you can try to use a granular insecticide such as Talstar PL Granules in the couple of weeks before this pest is known to emerge. For current infestations, you can also use Delta Dust in each individual burrow.
Demon Max is labed for flea control outdoors only, and it does have a strong odor. You may want to consider using our Indoor Flea Kit instead, which will give you everything you need to do a complete flea treatment. Demon Max is not labeled to be used on wood floors and would not be recommended. Being an oil based insecticide, it has an extremely strong odor and will stain surfaces such as wood, concrete, vinyl, etc.
If you are treating for wood destroying pests, Bora-Care would be the recommended treatment for treating raw wood in it’s bare state (no paint, stain or sealant). When applied to raw wood, BoraCare absorbs completely throughout the wood and lasts the entire life of the wood

Demon Max is labeled for termites but for a longer protection and control, you should apply a non-repellent liquid concentrate such as Termidor SC, Taurus SC or Dominion 2L. Below I have included a termite treatment article that will be very helpful if you plan to treat them yourself.
The Demon Max label (page 7) states that liquid may be sprayed directly into gallery entrance holes mixing at 1/2 fl oz per gallon of water. It is recommended to spray around the holes so when the Carpenter Bees land on the surface, they will pick up the active ingredient. Spraying the whole house would be unecessary and better to focus on areas where holes are already present. Following treatment, the entrance holes may be left open 24 hours to be certain that returning adult bees are killed. When there is no activity, the hole may be closed with wood putty.
