Have been a commercial certified applicator for 30yrs in Texas and currently retired. This juice works for me on my own property with great results if you follow directions.

Demon max has been the best stuff so far.. we have not had a problem since last summer. We have had 4 cats and 3 dogs including 3 puppies. I recommend to everyone I know! It works!

I did pest control for 17 years before I retired. This was one of the products we used daily on our customers homes for just about every pest problem.

I have been using this product for a number of years and we've lived in many areas of the country. I have never been disappointed by its performance.. Yucky crawl spaces, sheds, garages, etc. filled with spiders and other creepy crawlers, magically become great places to store stuff again after using Demon Max. I generally use the mid-range concentration of 0.5% active agent---fast knock down and full seasonal residual activity in areas that are not subject to repeated water exposure. No powdery residue either, unlike some of the others.

My garage (detached) had a serious spider problem. I was in there about 6 weeks ago and got bit (I don't know what type of spider it was; but, It was awful - had to do on steroids). Anyway, I found this web site and ordered Demon. Went in there on Sat. morning, 9/7 (I was covered from head to toe so as to avoid another bite). Sprayed it everywhere. Today, I went back in and found them dead all over the place. I also sprayed the exterior of the garage. This stuff is great. I read that it has a residual effect (lasts for a while). I'm not sure when I'll re-do it -- maybe sometime in Dec or January.

Delivery was on time and all products received were in good shape. Sprayed Demon Max last weekend around a home and a large shop. Found dead insects within 12 hours of the application. Will need to see what happens over longer period of time. Worked far better than the over the counter products I have used in the past.

Ordered from y'all on Saturday got shipping confirmation on Monday demon max was in my mail box Tuesday morning I immediately mixed it up and started spraying got home from work Wednesday morning and dead bugs everywhere sprayed the building and barn today a have to say this stuff is awesome I will buy again!!! We live in the country and had a lot of flying insects and spiders and they're almost all gone in 24hrs. Thanks domyownpestcontrol for an awesome product and awesome service!!!

Finally something that kills the box elder bugs we get every fall. This stuff worked as advertised and has been safe with our dogs.

This stuff kills anything with 6 or 8 legs for 3-4 months. I mix it at 1oz per gal and use a backpack sprayer with a fine fan tip. It was a great price and shipped fast ! Thanks a bunch DMOPC

I treated my home ,yard with demon max pint and my neighbors came over for a neighborhood party kegger they noticed that no ants or bugs were bothering them like in their yards they begged me to please spray their yard and it worked so the neighbors put me as the local pest control guy lol sorry big companies we take care of our own thank you do it yourself pest control. Love the products and service is outstanding very pleased ps backyard barbecues are awesome now for a good majority of our little neighborhood

Great for using around the house perimeter. Use on foundation for ants spiders and other critters, and fascia that keeps down the spider webs. live on a lake so we have various insects that Demon really helps control.
