Dimension 2EW will work great for Crabgrass Pre-emergent in a Zoysia Lawn. Be sure that you make your application in the Spring around Mid-March. As long as the lawn is established it will not matter if the Zoysia is emerged or not. It's best to follow the guidelines listed from your Master gardner in your area for best of application.
For long term control though, you should apply a pre-emergent in the late fall and early spring which will prevent new crabgrass from coming up next year. If you apply pre-emergent every year, you should not have issues with crabgrass long term. Dimension 2EW is one of our most popular pre-emergents for crabgrass.
Pre-emeregent application of Dimension 2EW or Pendulum 2G will kill sandburs. The treated area should not be disturbed during this period and should be watered in thoroughly for best results. As always, read and follow label directions carefully. Also remember that it may take a couple of years to eliminate all the burs hiding in your lawn. We recommend that you contact your local cooperative extension office and speak to the master gardener on staff as he/she may be able to tell you what has worked best in your region and also the exact time to apply the products for the best result in your region.

No, Dimension 2EW can be tank mixed with a variety of other herbicides and fertilizers. It is always recommended to do a test mix first to make sure whatever product you are wanting to use with the Dimension blends easily and does not cause clumping or any reaction that would cause your equipment to clog. Keep in mind the RoundUP is a non-selective herbicide, so it will kill any plants that you spray with it. If you are planning on doing a lawn renovation such as reseeding, you will need to wait a full season after applying Dimension before you can reseed the lawn.
As long as the bluebonnets are not growing from seed or transplanting, an application of Dimension 2EW Herbicide in the area should not effect them since it is labeled to be used around landscape ornamentals.

How much of an herbicide such as Dimension 2EW that you need to dilute will depend on the size of the area you need to treat, the type of turfgrass (variety and area) you are treating, and which program from the product label you are using. If you are able to supply this information, then we would be happy to give you more detailed instructions.
