    Q
I have a 2 gallon sprayer. How much Di Pel Pro DF do I use on a Jack pine budworm problem?
    A
You should use 0.5 to 2 lbs of DiPel Pro per acre, depending on what plants you are treating. This would equal up to about 3/4 oz. per 1,000 square feet in sufficient water to cover area. If you do not require an organic certified product, and you only have a small area to treat, Hi-Yield Thuricide Concentrate is a liquid intended for smaller areas that may be more appropriate for your application.

    Q
Can DiPel PRO DF be used in an aquaponics set up?
Is it safe for fish? If so, is spraying it on the foliage still the best method for applying it?
    A

Since the product label for DiPel Pro DF Insecticide does not state that it is safe for aquaponics or for use around aquatic areas, we would not recommend this type of application.  You may want to reach out to Valent, the manufacturer, directly: you can reach them on their website here.
