For the most part the Drexel MSMA 6 Plus and the MSMA 6.6 are close to the same herbicide just different manufacturers and slightly different percentages of active ingredient between the two.

The product label only states Drexel MSMA 6 Plus can be mixed with other herbicides, but does not mention fertilizers.
Drexel MSMA 6 Plus states it is safe on established Bermuda lawn. Are you referring to a turf marker by chance? If so, it is just to help you know where you sprayed, so you do not overlap. For example, Turf Mark Blue Spray Indicator Dye
Drexel MSMA 6 Plus is not labeled for use on residential lawns. You could consider Certainty Herbicide as a post-emergent herbicide option, which is labeled for warm-season grass types, including Bermudagrass (common or hybrid).
