Product must be applied at the rate of 2 1/2 pints per acre. Only 1 application at 2 lbs./acre is allowed per season, except when a salvage operation is needed.
Add 6 pints of product and 1 to 2 quarts of a suitable surfactant (cleared for application to growing crops) to 100 gallons of water and mix thoroughly. Apply spray solution at 40 gallons.
GOLF COURSES/SOD FARMS
On new lawns, do not treat until after three mowings. For newly constructed golf courses, one broadcast application is allowed. For all other applications to golf courses, only spot treatments (100 square feet maximum per spot) are allowed.
Mow lawns to 1 to 1 1/2 inches high before treatment. Mix 1 oz. of product and 1/2 oz. of surfactant in 1 to 2 1/2 gallons of water and apply to an area of 1,000 sq. ft.
HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAYS
Only 2 broadcast applications are allowed per season. Mix product at a rate of 3 to 6 pints, plus 1 to 2 quarts of surfactant in 100 gallons of water. Spray unwanted vegetation thoroughly to just short of run-off.
Service good, product not so much

Service and transaction from DoMyOwn was excellent. Not happy with the MSMA Target 6.6 though. Sprayed my yard at a rate of 5 ounces msma to 1 gallon of water in a 25 gallon spray unit. Yard is approximately 2 acres. Weed kill was minimum at best. Have used this product in the past at same rate and application method with excellent results so not sure what happened this time but this product is too expensive to be hit or miss.

Great product

If you have a dallisgrass problem or crabgrass this is a great cheap way to get rid of the weeds. Almost all other herbicides that kill the same weeds are twice as expensive. I used to use this to spray my athletic fields at work until the label changed.

MSMA Target 6.6 is only labeled for commercial turf like golf courses and sod farms, and it is not safe for use on fescue. We would recommend a product like Dismiss Nxt instead which is safe for a fescue lawn, and labeled to treat for dallisgrass. It is labeled for supression only though. There is a possibility that after multiple uses for supression your fescue grass would fill in the spots and choke out the dallisgrass completely.

MSMA Target 6.6? is labeled for commercial turf like golf courses and sod farms, and it is not safe for use on bermuda. We would recommend a product like Certainy Turf Herbicide? instead which is safe for a bermuda lawn, and labeled to treat for dallisgrass. It is labeled for supression only though. There is a possibility that after multiple uses for supression your bermuda grass would fill in the spots and choke out the dallisgrass completely. Certainty will not kill crabgrass. Quinkill Max is a great product to kill actively growing crabgrass in Bermuda.
