Drione Dust is as good as advertised! My son used it with the recommended applicator on the carpenter bees tunnels on a back yard gazebo housing a hot tub.. It worked wonderfully well and the bees started dropping within minutes of the first application! He took pictures of them.....sure are ugly insects!! He applied the Drione dust a second time and plugged the entry to each tunnel with a cork so the cells should all be affected in rhe event larvae were already deposited. It has been about 3-4 weeks now and there has been no further carpenter bee activity. 1

Log house bees a real problem. Worked within a few days to a week. Noticied bees hate dust in holes and seem to spred it amoung themselfs. Great price. Will know how good when season runs it's course.

I had wood bees in the eaves of my barn. One application with the Drione dust did the trick. The bees were mad and buzzing when I dusted powder into their holes, and some came out after me!! I checked the next day and the bees were dead and on the ground. I also used the dust around my crawlspace and basement. Would highly recommend!!!!

I heard about this dust from my son who researched it on the internet. 18 months ago I purchased the kit with the bellows sprayer and the dust. I put a puff or two of dust in each wood bee hole I see. It not only eliminates the living bees but it remains in the bee tunnel to kill the larvae as they mature and leave the tunnel. I recently purchased some Amish made wood bee traps and I put a half teaspoon in the jar of each of them. Very effective. Great product.

After trying various sprays, we used Drione Dust. Worked great. First application killed nearly all wasps. Second application finished them off. Used in crevice under porch eave. Great product & saved us $$!

The bees were terrible right outside our door. We only had to use the dust once, and they were gone.

I have been struggling to eliminate the Red Wasps. I could always slow them down but never get the nests I used Drione powder spraying under the shingles and cracks around the house concentrating where I knew was thier paths. Results from one application. No wasps in garage or house And very few in tbe yard. Very sucessful

One application...no more carpenter bees ! Don't know if they will return but I will be prepared. So far, very effective.

Excellent product. Was looking for a dust to use for bees was discouraged when the one we wanted was not available for sale in NYS. I emailed customer service and they directed me to Drione. No more bees!! Just wish i tried this before the several sprays and foggers that worked but did not eliminate them. Drione worked wonders inside and outside well worth the money and would of saves us lots had we tried it before the sprays. Recommend it to everyone and will be purchasing it again next spring.

I had bees all over my house, in the eaves, behind shutters, in the walls... I paid an extermintor $200 a couple years ago to get rid of this problem. I did it myself this year for less than a quarter of that price. Worked great! Make sure to get the pump for it also.

Got rid of the bees, but the application was not easy. I recommend getting a smaller container with nozzle. The gallon jug was very hard to squeeze.

Within one day of using this product, my bee hive was gone. I call it the miracle dust. Nothing else worked. 100% satisfied.

still continuing to work on application. initial results are good. Immediate effectiveness noticed some stragglers getting killed rather rapidly. hope to finish application in next week or so

A little complicated, here's the short story. We have a 10 foot tall railroad tie wall that bees have found as a haven. This is not good since we have people working and walking by there. First application Wednesday night was a little messy, my fault with the new bulb applicator. Thursday morning check, no activity (good). Return to location Saturday afternoon, some residual bee activity, reapply dust much better than the first time Saturday night. Sunday morning check, no activity (better) . Looks to be the best product for this situation, I have tried many. Sorry bees and bee lovers, if we didn't have people there, it wouldn't be a problem. We have tried hives and everything else to get them to relocate.

I purchased the 1 lb drione and now I just purchased the 7 lb pail. In Florida we get very tiny ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. After using Drione I no longer get ants. Now I apply monthly and do not have bugs and it's safe for my toy dog.

I loved this product so much, I bought another one. It worked perfect for the carpenter bees in my log home. I also purchased the bello duster and plugs that I have not used yet.

This dust is outstanding. I dusted behind a board around a door and it was amazing how many bees came out....... then moved around for a few minutes then just died. I highly recommend this Deione dust.

I was not sure about ordering online and getting good stuff. Since I used Drione Dust I have had a significant drop in Bee activity. Very impressed with it.

We had an infestation of carpenter bees so I purchased the Drione along with the duster bulb from DoMyOwn and these products have basically stopped the bees in their tracks. We waited until dusk when the bees returned into the holes they drilled, then simply puffed the Drione into the holes and the bees appeared covered with dust and they were done. Awesome stuff!

At the recommendation of a coworker I tried this product. This year a second appearance of yellow jackets in my vinyl siding, very aggressive pests! Loaded up my bulb duster with Drione and went to work 5:30 am but the bees were already in full swarm. They surely dislike this stuff, as if the outside bees were communicating to the inside bees. Then a mass exodus from the site. Very rewarding experience as I've been struggling with this problem for two weeks. Thought I was early to recognize the nest, but once you see activity it's kind of too late. Nice product to have on hand, I no longer feel powerless against these relentless pests. Thanks very much DMO!

This dust works very well. You will need to do it at dusk. You will also need to keep on top of the cicada killer holes to ensure new ones are not being dug out by the cicadas. Even though your areas are free from cicadas they come and dig from other areas that are not treated. I recommend this product.

I chose this over Delta Dust because Drione Dust is supposed to last longer. Although it doesn't specifically mention on the label it's for Carpenter Bees it does say: "Bees". After looking around various websites I decided this was the product to get. I used the B&G Duster and sprayed the dust in every hole I could find. Within about 2 minutes of spraying the Carpenter Bees could be heard inside the holes, come out and flopped on the ground. This stuff works!
